MerRIND® General Grease

MerRIND ®3# general lithium grease is designed and developed for lubrication of machinery in garden and forestry, such as gear head of lawn mower and gear box of hedgerow cutter. The product is made of high quality mineral base oil and refined with wear-resistant extreme pressure, oxidation resistance, rust prevention and other additives, with good mechanical stability, water resistance and pumping performance; it meets the quality requirements of Japanese industrial specification standard (JIS K2220).

Product Features:
● No loss, no flying, can prevent foreign matters mixed. Suitable for refueling difficult lubrication parts, reduce sealing costs. Can be used for water resistance, long-term preservation;
● Excellent mechanical stability, excellent oxidation stability, long service life;
● Can form a durable lubricating oil film, reduce maintenance and downtime costs;
● Excellent extreme pressure and wear resistance, can withstand high load and impact load;
● More suitable for lubrication grease of machinery in garden and forestry.

Special recommendation:
● It is specially recommended for lubrication grease of gear head of domestic and imported cutting lawn mower and gear box of hedgerow mower, which is applicable to a wide range of temperature. Such as: Honda, Steel, HusWarner, Yusen Bailian, Zhejiang Chuanye, Ouwei Machinery, Kawasaki Tea Machine, Linghang Power, Huasheng Zhongtian, Luohe Tea Machine, etc.
● It is suitable for lubrication of friction parts such as wheel hub bearings, chassis of engineering machinery and automobile, and high-load mechanical equipment such as rolling mill, forging machine, conveyor roller and gear bearings within the temperature range of -20°C~120°C. It is a multi-purpose grease.
● Also suitable for bearings, gears, chains, rails, high-grade power tools.
● Suitable for lubrication of various closed gear reducer, turbine and sprocket. It is also recommended for reduction machinery with reduction ratio less than 20.
