Performance characteristics:
● Good high temperature resistance, no glue or carbon deposition, short-term use temperature can reach 240 °C;
● Special molecular structure, with the decomposition reaction under the condition of thermal oxidation, cracking into small molecular substances, so that the chain
and track carbon is very little, and coke is easy to coke less, the chain can be kept clean for a long time;
● The special structure makes the product has good paint compatibility, will not cause the paint surface to form fisheye, shrinkage cavity, will not produce color difference in the paint surface, no adverse effect on the paint adhesion.

Application of the product:
● Suitable for lubrication of high temperature chains on various types of textile finishing machines, such as BRUCKNER, BABCOK, MONFORTS KRANTZ Micron, Rixin, Ligen, Chengfu, Dongyang, etc.
● Particularly suitable for automotive electrophoresis and hub paint baking oven, spray line drying box and other transmission system high temperature chain lubrication, where HP-02 is more suitable for the electrophoresis paint coating line represented by the Kansai brand, HP-02P is more suitable for the electrophoresis paint coating line represented by the PPG brand.

Notes:
● When used for lubrication parts contacting non-metallic materials such as rubber, plastics and paint, material compatibility tests should be conducted in advance;
● During storage and transportation, it must be waterproof, moisture-proof, prevent mechanical impurities from being mixed in, and prevent mixed use with other oils;
