On December 14, 2024, the Business School of East China University of Science and Technology held a grand ceremony for the appointment of career mentors and entrepreneurial mentors for the year 2024, as well as a career development forum. On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the career mentor program, the college has appointed 204 career mentors and 19 entrepreneurial mentors. Cao Longjun, founder of Ruiyan Technology New Materials (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., became the 15th MBA&MEM career mentor of Huali Business School. Mr. Cao Longjun, the founder of REAL NEW MATERIAL SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED, has 26 years of practical experience in enterprise operation and management, and has long focused on brand management and technological innovation in the manufacturing industry. He has obtained Master's degrees in Advanced Business Administration from East China University of Science and Technology and City University of Hong Kong, and obtained a Doctorate in Business Administration from the GSoM School of Management at Politecnico di Milano in Italy.
